三大困境 日本決策官員超頭痛

在日本「果粉」熱切期盼iPhone 6上市之際，Sony手機銷售仍不見起色，該公司的困境正好凸顯日本決策官員面臨的棘手難題：出口下滑、進口攀升與貿易逆差居高不下。

雖然iPhone 6熱賣對日本零組件製造商來說是好消息，但並不足以抵銷iPhone成品的進口成本。官方數據顯示，兩年前iPhone 5在日本上市時，包含手機在內的通訊設備進口激增90.4%，推高進口貿易額。這對亟欲縮減貿易逆差的政府官員來說，是一大惡兆。日圓走貶也可能加速貿易逆差惡化。

除國內市占率遭蘋果公司瓜分，日本電子產品製造商也在海外市場苦苦掙扎，尤其難以開拓較喜愛低價商品的新興市場。而這也使政府更難以負擔進口燃料成本。

安倍2012年底上任後，透過貨幣刺激手段壓低日圓匯價，盼能提振出口，但至今成效仍很有限。

Sony日前公布，截至明年3月底的今年度，可能淨損2,300億日圓（21.5億美元），約是先前預估的五倍，主因是智慧手機策略失利。
