暴風圈罩周末　彭啟明：鳳凰襲台機率大增

鳳凰颱風今天上午發布海上警報，天氣風險管理公司總經理彭啟明表示，鳳凰襲台機率大增，周末恐在暴風圈中，籲周末請調整活動安排。

彭啟明在臉書發文指出，從最新預報的資料來看，颱風侵襲台灣本島的機會提高，對周末活動應有腹案或延期，估暴風圈碰觸台灣陸地的機會相當高，也不排除颱風中心登陸。

今天上午各個預測單位明顯往西修，主要是高壓東退的趨勢不明顯，因此颱風暴風圈通過台灣的機率明顯增高。估周六晚上至周日，是暴風圈開始從南到北逐步影響台灣最顯著的時間，特別在周日，各地都有機會籠罩在暴風圈內，預計周一開始逐步脫離。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
