AKB48年度盛事「第５屆猜拳大賽」17日在東京日本武道館舉行，共有112位成員參賽，是歷年來最多；由於這次冠軍獎勵可獲得單飛發片權利，令參賽者求勝欲格外強烈，經過３個半小時的激戰，最後由姊妹團NMB48成員渡邊美優紀身穿中空爆乳裝，以「石頭」贏了小（山鳥）陽菜成為第５代女王。

渡邊今（18日）剛好滿21歲，奪冠贏得單飛發片機會，成了最好的生日禮物，她興奮到當場噴淚。而本屆總選舉冠軍渡邊麻友拳運不佳，在第一關就慘遭淘汰；和渡邊同樣穿了露肚裝的小（山鳥）洋菜，一路過關斬將，最後敗陣屈居亞軍，當場不甘心跪倒在地。盛傳活動上將有成員宣布畢業，結果沒人表態。
