中央氣象局在19日上午8時30分發布鳳凰的海上颱風警報，最快在晚間就會發布陸警。

輕度颱風「鳳凰」要來打亂你的周末行程了！在19日8時，鳳凰的中心北緯 17.3 度，東經 123.2 度（鵝鑾鼻的南南東方約 560 公里之海面上。），中心氣壓為990百帕。

7級風暴風半徑 120 公里。預測以每小時20轉15公里速度，向西北西轉北北西進行。
