防伊波拉 獅子山再鎖國3天

為遏止伊波拉疫情迅速蔓延，西非國家獅子山共和國19日開始全國封鎖3天，除緊急公務外，全國600萬人口都不得外出。

在3天的封鎖期間，獅子山國政府將派出超過2萬名志工，挨家挨戶訪查，希望藉此能發現疑似伊波拉病患，並把被隱藏在家中的因伊波拉病毒而喪生者的屍體轉介給殯葬業者。

此外，志工人員也將發放150萬份肥皂以及如何防範伊波拉病毒的資訊。

獅子山國當局表示，這次全國大清查的舉動，可能因此再找出數百名感染伊波拉病毒的患者。在獅子山，有些伊波拉患者因為懼怕，在染病後不敢就醫，有些則因為醫療中心人滿為患無法就醫。

根據世界衛生組織(WHO)18日公布的最新統計，有史以來最嚴重的伊波拉病毒疫情，現在西非5國已經有5,347人感染病毒，其中超過半數的2,630人已病亡。

世衛組織說，疫情最嚴重的幾內亞、賴比瑞亞和獅子山，過去3星期所記錄的病例，占總數45%。

幾內亞因伊波拉病亡的人數為601名、占942起病例的64％；賴比瑞亞共有2,710起病例，其中有1,459 人死亡，占54%。獅子山計有1,673起病例，562人死亡，占34%。
