談蘇獨公投 林飛帆：台灣該如何突破

蘇格蘭獨立公民投票結果，獨派落敗。島國前進發起人之一林飛帆表示，對此結果感到婉惜，「但他們令人羨慕」。

林飛帆表示，儘管不知道下一次是何時，他們才能再有這樣的契機再決定一次，但還是相當令人羨慕的。他說，蘇格蘭獨立公投沒有門檻限制，以簡單多數決決定，卻沒有因此造成投票率低落的問題，投票率還高達84.6%。

林飛帆說，從蘇格蘭公投看台灣，認為台灣到目前為止，連一部能運作的公民投票法都沒有。他指出，由於台灣雙二一的高門檻，使得過去六次全國性公投沒有一項超過百分之五十投票率門檻。

林飛帆提到，當大家在為蘇格蘭民主喝彩之餘，也應該回頭思考台灣的處境如何突破？
