鳳凰颱風來襲　高市災區部屬7抽水機

鳳凰颱風恐直撲南部，高雄市今加緊整備，除打通水路之外，還向水利署借來3部大型移動式抽水機，部署在氣爆災區，以加強排水能力，避免淹水。陳菊市長下午也親自到凱旋路、三多路口視察整備狀況，要求水利、公務團隊務必減少發生災害。

水利局代理局長陳鴻益說，8月初因為路面炸壞，土石堆積，但經連日搶修，目前已經開始放置箱涵，水路已大致暢通，可以排向二號運河，或經五號船渠排進高雄港。但為防萬一，還是在凱旋、二聖路口設置4部十吋口徑的大型抽水機，凱旋、三多路口則向水利署借來3部大型抽水機，以加強抽水。
 
水利局總工程司蔡長展說，災區目前全力搶修，但為預防颱風豪雨，將在颱風來襲前，將土堤、圍堰先清除，以維持排水暢通，目前排水能力是八月初二倍以上。(涂建豐／高雄報導)
