鳳凰可能登台 國軍進駐花東

（中央社記者李先鳳花蓮縣19日電）氣象局預測鳳凰颱風登陸台灣機率大，國軍陸續進駐花、東各潛勢區，派遣官兵397員，各式救災車輛、機具等，支援救災，確保花東地區民眾生命財產安全。

花東防衛指揮部第二作戰區指揮官全子瑞中將今天與花蓮縣長傅(山昆)萁就鳳凰颱風可能帶來的豪雨效應，以及預警性撤離、防颱準備、兵力派遣等機制交換意見。

全子瑞表示，漢光演習後，已完成各項機具及人員整備，預置兵力也將陸續進駐花蓮縣吉安、秀林、萬榮、玉里、光復、瑞穗及台東縣大武、太麻里、金峰、卑南、延平、關山、海端、池上、鹿野、東河、成功等17鄉鎮各潛勢區。

全子瑞說，先期派遣官兵397員，各式救災車輛46輛，發電機及抽水機等機具131部；隨時增派人員及車輛配合警察撤離民眾，因應地方災害救援需求。

傅(山昆)萁表示，此次依照氣象局預報，20至21日影響最為劇烈，希望國軍能持續與縣府密切配合，防範颱風可能挾帶豪大雨所產生的危險。1030919
