阿里掛牌 網路股沾光

阿里巴巴在美掛牌話題火熱，可能在台灣市場進一步掀起「蝴蝶效應」。業界認為，阿里巴巴上市對台灣產業最大效應，是有助提升本地網路產業關注度，不過整體影響應是「好多於壞」。

「阿里效應」其實早已影響台灣市場，去年起泛阿里體系的「支付寶」，淘寶「雙11光棍節」讓外界對「電子商務」發展信心提升，也讓攸關網路業發展的「基礎建設」議題，如支付、創業法規等受注目，相關效應若能延續，有助網路業募資發展。

而在資本市場上，業界人士分析，由於台灣公司規模較小，不會和阿里放在一個量級裡比較，籌資的「資源排擠」理論上較難發生，反而專門投資中小型股的國際資金可能因為阿里巴巴掀起的電子商務話題，尋找各國類似標的，此時台灣同業如網家、商店街、數字科技等就有機會受外資青睞，形成另類的「阿里巴巴概念股」。

但短線台灣網路股是否有機會受惠阿里巴巴掛牌掀起的「比價效應」，外界則態度保留，主因是支付專法等議題熱炒後，台灣網路股已有漲多疑慮。
