根據中央氣象局最新資料顯示，第16號輕度颱風鳳凰正朝台灣逼近，高雄、屏東及台東為陸上警戒區域，應防強風豪雨。

氣象局最新颱風消息，過去3小時，鳳凰中心位置近似滯留，清晨5時在鵝鑾鼻南南西方340公里海面，以每小時12轉15公里速度，朝北轉北北東移動。

氣象局說，鳳凰颱風暴風圈已進入巴士海峽，對恆春半島、台灣南部及東南部陸地將構成威脅。

目前，陸上警戒區域，包括：屏東、高雄及台東；海上警戒範圍，包括：巴士海峽、東沙島海面、台灣海峽及台灣東南部海面。

氣象局同發布豪雨特報，受鳳凰颱風外圍環流影響，屏東及台東會有超大豪雨，高雄及花蓮有大豪雨；南部、東部、東北部地區及北部山區、中部山區也會有大雨或豪雨，北部地區有局部大雨。

氣象局提醒民眾，注意坍方、落石、土石流及溪水暴漲，低窪地區防淹水。

今天台灣各沿海地區也有較強陣風；恆春半島、台灣東半部及西南部沿海有長浪，民眾到海邊活動要特別注意安全。(中央社)
