越嶺─東眼山 北113線24日通車

喜愛山林之美的民眾有福了！由三峽插角越嶺至桃園復興東眼山的北113鄉道，將在24日舉辦通車典禮，目前民眾已可提前經此驅車到北橫遊覽。市議員王明麗表示，北113鄉道相當偏僻，自行車友前往該地務必要考量體力並結伴同行，才能安全遊覽沿途的壯麗風景。

由大豹溪上游的插角連接復興東眼山的「北113」鄉道，由於年久失修，有近2公里的道路崩毀，在近幾年自行車旅遊風興起後，這段「復興戰道」也成單車族挑戰off road的好所在。

王明麗說，在台北縣政府時代，就已計畫開通北113鄉道，但考量生態維護，開路計畫遲未實施，儘管中央決定不再開通「越嶺道路」，經她多次陳情下，工務局也以「最低破壞狀況」為原則，將北113鄉道闢設為可供3.5噸以下小型車輛通過的道路。

北113線通車後，可經此與東眼山的「桃119」縣道連接，直接從霞雲附近連接台7線北橫公路，加上時序即將進入秋高氣爽的10月，預料可吸引許多遊客前來遊賞北113線沿途美麗風光。

王明麗說，除了北113鄉道即將在24日通車外，由插角通往五寮詩朗的產業道路，經她與工務局代理局長曾志煌實際會勘，工務局將重新規畫開通這段道路。

由於北113鄉道路幅不寬，且部分路段有邊坡落差及落石等狀況，王明麗除要求工務局在通車前應加強安全措施，也呼籲自行車友，結伴同行，確保安全。
