中央氣象局預測，輕度颱風鳳凰將從台灣南部往北移動，南部及東南部首當其衝，氣象局今天也發布屏東及台東超大豪雨特報。

除屏東、台東外，氣象局也針對高雄及花蓮，發布大雨特報。

氣象局說，鳳凰颱風對全台灣都會有影響，南部、東南部及東部影響會比中部、北部早。

氣象局觀測，今天0時到上午9時，屏東及台東都已明顯降雨，屏東獅子鄉、泰武鄉累積雨量已超過50毫米大雨標準。(中央社)
