鳳凰颱風逼近　台鐵16時前全線正常

台鐵今早宣布，為因應鳳凰颱風，台鐵9月20日今天下午16時前全線行車正常。

台灣高鐵也宣布，今天全線正常營運，各車次列車依時刻表發車。明天21日高鐵營運狀況，將於今晚20時前宣布。台灣高鐵表示，自發布海上颱風警報之日至解除海上颱風警報之日止，購買上述期間運行列車之旅客，若列車正常運行而未搭乘，可自乘車日起1年內，持未經使用之車票至高鐵各車站辦理退票，免收手續費。（李姿慧／台北報導）
