島孤人不孤　彭佳嶼完成防颱準備

輕颱鳳凰的暴風圈預計今晚接觸到台灣陸地，距離基隆約56公里彭佳嶼，海拔142公尺，面積約114公頃，島上的岸巡二總隊彭佳嶼機動巡邏站目前共有4名官兵駐守，於昨天下午就已完成所有防颱準備，包含雷達固定、變電箱防護、房舍窗戶固定等，現在附近的浪高約4到5公尺，瞬間風力每秒約10.2公尺，預估下午風勢會更為強勁。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
