颱風前夕搶收三星蔥　南方澳漁港擠滿船

鳳凰颱風來襲前夕，宜蘭三星蔥農們則是忙搶收青蔥，種蔥5分地的黃姓蔥農說：1個多月來，少雨水青蔥長不好，現在颱風又要來肆虐，不趕快搶收青蔥，恐心血會泡湯。
 
颱風將來襲，近800多艘漁船為躲風浪，紛紛駛進宜蘭南方澳漁港，將漁港擠得水洩不通，而蘇澳漁業電台則是向海上漁民廣播颱風動向，並呼籲漁民作好防颱準備，以避免不必要損失。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
