廣東省廣州市地標性建築廣州塔（俗稱小蠻腰）的塔身廣告部位，近日以人民幣1.5億元的天價賣給一家廣告代理商，但廣告設置形式和播放時間有嚴格規定，確保建築風格不受影響。

廣州南方都市報報導，這座總高度600公尺的中國大陸第一高塔建成於2010年9月，兼具廣播電視發射和觀光旅遊功能，是廣州的地標。官方命名為廣州塔，但由於外形酷似苗條細腰，坊間稱為「小蠻腰」。

小蠻腰的廣告部位位在塔身鋼結構外側，總高度約52公尺，展示面積約6500平方公尺。

未來每晚7到10時，塔身將穿插播放商業廣告和政府公共訊息；商業廣告逢整點或半點播出，每次約5到10分鐘，使用期限5年。估值和轉讓底價都約1.54億元。

報導說，廣東百合藍色火燄文化傳媒股份有限公司在無人競拍的情況下，以底價拍下這一標的。(中央社)
