桃園防災公園成立　設帳棚讓民眾體驗

桃園市中路重劃區內規劃的3個公園，除了休閒運動、景觀美化外，兼具區域排水、滯洪、災民收容等防災功能，桃園縣政府下午在其中的風禾公園架起帳棚進行收容演練，並讓民眾體驗。

桃園縣長吳志揚表示，這三個公園面積有7萬5千平方公尺，設有物資管理中心、垃圾場、儲水槽、臨時廁所、臨時沐浴間等設施，可收容3000人。萬一縣內遇到重大災變可迅速提供安置。

吳志揚並表示，未來桃園升格後在警政消防上有多項新措施，各村里監視器將納入現有道路監視系統，把治安防制範圍擴大。現在民眾考計程車駕照必須要到新竹考試，明年起桃園將自辦。另，救護車將配置平版電腦即時將病患生理資訊上傳到醫院雲端資料庫，救護車上也將建制與交通號誌感應系統，能在救護車接近路口時自 動轉為綠燈，加快到院時間。（吳詠平／桃園報導）
