日籍學長壯又帥　台籍國中妹獻身

北市某高中日本籍男生身材精壯，是個體育健將，在校有許多女生心儀，他利用其中一名國中小學妹愛慕他的心理，邀約對方到自家玩，趁機發生性行為，但女生事後想進一步交往，他卻愛理不理，被女生母親發現異狀，堅決提出告訴。台北地檢署19日依與未滿14歲女子性交罪，起訴日籍男生。

據了解，小學妹因為愛上日籍學長，今年3月將自己的LINE主動給他，並在4月間獲得邀約，到學長家獻出了自己的身體；然而在此以後，學長對她的LINE竟然都只「已讀不回」，讓她一直心情低落，被家長問出內情後提告。

偵查期間，日籍男生向檢方供稱性行為是你情我願，但由於小學妹未滿14歲，仍然被依與未成年女子性交罪嫌起訴。
