標題[請益] 自動重開後開機非常慢

前幾天在玩遊戲時突然自動重開, 然後開機就變非常慢, 從一直開始 POST 到 windows loading 都非常慢. 就連一開始要進入 BIOS 設定畫面也是很慢. 心想會不會是 bios 出問題, 就更新 bios 結果就變快了. 可是隔天開機又變很慢, 目前就是時快時慢... 請問是主機板問題還是 psu 問題?
