桃園國際機場因受鳳凰颱風影響，至21日下午16時為止，統計影響的航班出境取消46班，延誤5班；入境取消50班，延誤7班，總計108班。

桃園機場每日出入境航班平均約為590班，本次延誤航班佔總航班數2%，取消航班佔總航班數16 %。

為減少旅客不便，原限停第二航廈4號停車場團體下車處出境大客車自21日下午17時起至22日中午12時止，彈性開放出境3樓及1樓北側路緣供大客車旅客下車，屆時會請航警加強交管引導。

桃機說，為確保飛航安全，如遇風雨過大等因素，機場將採取相關安全作業或管制措施。
