一樓廁所想擺後面，原因通風有窗戶。一樓孝親房隔間牆拆掉，當成開放式廚房。

二樓想把原有的更衣室改成浴廁加大。原有的主臥浴室變成更衣室。原因也是因為通風。

三樓想變成兩個房間，不知道如何變更，因為和室太小了？

前天去簽約，建商說一樓廁所在中間比較好，我又遲疑了一下。請各位達人給我建議嗎?謝謝…
