中華電信續約iphone 誇張至極的一天

9/25 打電話去中華電信客服詢問2個問題
1.升級4G 原本的3G方案是不是可以終止，並且不用繳違約金?
客服答案: 是的

2.iphone6購機老客戶是不是可以免預繳?
客服答案: 是的

9/26 前往門市詢問購機是不是可以刷卡分期?
服務人員答案:可以，6期0利率

經過了漫長的等待，終於輪到我
現場員工:是要續約購機?
我: 我昨天詢問過客服 升級4G 原本的3G方案可以終止，並且不用繳違約金
現場員工:沒有辦法哦，若要終止合約需繳17XX元的違約金
我: .... (再三跟他確定客服的告知是不用繳違約金的)
現場員工:幫您詢問客服，請稍等 (15分鐘以上)
搞超久...

現場員工:那幫你做合約的終止，違約金的部分是不用的 (所以最後是沒繳違約金)

預繳也遇到一模一樣的狀況 重點還是要預繳

那如果我沒一直盧而直接繳了違約金 那豈不是當冤大頭? 這到底是什麼爛公司

後面就懶得敘述了 反正只讓我體會到中華電信的客服是講爽的?
