《Reuters》報導，國際原油期貨價格今日漲跌互見，布蘭特原油受中國歐洲需求不振影響表現不佳，美國輕原油則受正面經濟展望拉抬小漲。

目前歐洲亞洲能源需求持續不振，中東產油國利比亞原油輸出量則回升到 92 萬 5000 桶，市場持續供過於求，對油價有負面影響。

美國商務部公佈的數據則顯示，美國第二季經濟成長的腳步創兩年半以來最快紀錄，所有產業均有成長，因此上修第二季 GDP 預估，可望成長 4.6%；此舉符合華爾街預期，股市隨之上漲，亦推升輕原油價格。

伊朗呼籲石油輸出國 OPEC 成員聯手避免油價再度下跌。OPEC 將於今年 11 月 27 日召開會議，討論目前每日輸出 3000 萬桶原油的目標是否適當。

分析師預期，依照目前市場需求來看，OPEC 未來可能減產。

11 月布蘭特原油期貨接近平盤作收，維持在每桶近 97 美元。

11 月美國輕原油期貨上漲 1.01 美元，收在每桶 93.54 美元，連續兩週小幅上漲。
