短髮亂翹原因

剛放暑假時我去剪了短髮差不多在脖子中間
3個月後我去把頭髮燙直因為我有自然捲會亂翹
而現在快長到肩膀了
剛燙完那個禮拜睡覺起來不會亂翹
但是第二個禮拜睡覺起來就會翹
但是洗完頭就又不會了

是短髮原本就容易亂翹還是我睡姿的問題 ?????
