好不容易買了一間21年的屋，也找了位設計師畫圖估價，等到拿了設計約才知自己找到費用屬A級的設計師-一坪設計費6000元，因為我上班很忙，很想就這樣「將錯就錯」，但看到估價單如圖，我猶豫了，所以請各位善友，幫忙給點建議，是否該認賠殺出，重來。謝謝!
因為我若有錢，就不要貸款且買超過20年的舊屋，我只想將換地板，廚浴，家具都用現有的。
