牙齒黃真的很悲劇阿~~~我以前牙齒也是很黃的那種~~~因為熱愛吃咖哩飯這種容易染色的食物,到最後真的受不了了才跑去做牙齒美白~~我自己是在玩美牙醫做牙齒美白的~~我個人覺得那間診所的牙齒美白效果還蠻不錯的呢!!!做完牙齒美白後我覺得我的牙齒白了好幾階~~醫生說少吃染色食物的話牙齒美白的效果就能維持更久~~我實在戒不掉自己愛吃的咖哩飯~~所以我現在吃完會立馬去刷牙漱口!!!我已經做完快一年了,現在牙齒還是很白呢~你可以去玩美牙醫問問看阿~~~
