巴特勒偷竊無罪？教會說了算

皇家隊暌違29年再次度挺進季後賽，讓堪薩斯陷入瘋狂，尤其皇家一路殺進美聯冠軍賽的關鍵就是頻頻盜壘，連生涯只有5盜的巴特勒，在分區系列賽對天使第3戰時也盜壘成功。堪薩斯一家教堂一語雙關在看板上寫︰「你必不能偷竊，除非你是巴特勒」。

不過這家教堂並非第一次展現對皇家隊的支持，6月初皇家有機會挑戰季後賽時，教堂的看板就寫著︰「我們一直在為皇家祈禱，也歡迎你」，也能看出美國職業運動與當地居民連結之深。（記者林三豐）
