吳尊與女兒都是10日生日，恰巧11日又是老婆、兒子生日，他乾脆舉辦四合一生日宴，親手打點所有事務，事後直喊：「簡直忙瘋了！」先前承諾捐出書籍版稅，他選在生日當天完成心願，另加碼3倍做愛心。

吳尊10日舉辦一手安排的生日宴，同時替老婆、兒子Max、女兒NeiNei慶生，住處特地佈置成冰雪奇緣及Superman情境，他說：「NeiNei喜歡冰雪奇緣的一切，而Superman則是因為我常說吳家是Superman Family。」為滿足200多位親友，他準備如燒烤、日本料理、甜點等共6家外燴，還另抽空自製兩道水果沙拉。

只見忙裡忙外的他根本不像壽星，但當聽到NeiNei說：「Thank you，Papa。」吳尊大喊一切太值得了，「她真的有感受到我的用心。」兒子則在10日當天首次開口叫「爸爸」，他表示這是最棒的生日禮物。吳尊也趁生日時完成做公益心願，出書版稅分別捐給給兒福聯盟、青海偏遠孩童及汶萊華文學校教室。
