高雄地區建商隆大(5519-TW)在2014年第3季有兩個與北部建商於桃園合作的建案部分入帳的挹注之下，其單季營收達11.03億元，隆大今天公布其自結第3季獲利數字稅前盈餘1.54億元，累計2014年1-9月稅前盈餘為3.95億元，每股稅前盈餘為2.29元。

隆大為首家公布2014年1-3季稅前盈餘自結數的上市建商，而1-3季稅前盈餘自結數3.95億元較2013年同期財報稅前盈餘的4.75億元下滑16.73%。

隆大主管指出，隆大這兩個與北部建商於桃園合作的建案部分在第3季入帳，第4季仍將有部分在交屋入帳。

隆大於今年2月10日轉上市掛牌交易，為馬年以來首家上市掛牌的企業，這也是繼達麗建設(6177-TW)轉上市之後，另一家由上櫃轉上市交易的建商。

隆大今天股價以22.3元平盤作收，全場成交量106張。
