基北區明年免試方案　教長：盼10月底定案

基北區提出明年高中職免試方案，因為超額比序新增量尺的「會考總積點」不符規定，遭教育部退回，不過，臺北市教育局指出，明年方案都依照教育部原則訂定，目前沒有調整的空間，對此，教育部長吳思華今天（23）表示，基北區方案在法理上不夠周延，希望儘快依法修正，也將持續溝通。吳思華部長強調，會考三等級四標示與十級量尺分數是兩個不同系統，切割標準也不同，如果混用可能造成恐慌，這部分必須跟家長說明，希望基北區明年免試方案能在10月底定案。
