美而美用頂新牛油　雖有保險也難獲理賠

頂新劣油持續延燒，連鎖早餐店瑞麟美而美也難逃，雖有保險但也難獲理賠。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，瑞麟美而美總公司表示，美而美全台近70家早餐店的單點奶油吐司使用菊花牌鮮醇奶油抹醬，目前全數退回抹醬。

瑞麟美而美雖向華南產險投保5000萬元的產品責任險，華南指出，只要消費者能證明食用瑞麟美而美的早餐，致身體傷害且造成實際損失，如產生醫療費用等，就能透過業者向產險公司申請理賠。但華南說表示，民眾每天吃下多項不同食品，很難證明單項問題食品對健康有害。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
