昨天冒火苗的高雄氣爆災區工地，今天挖開回填的混凝土再傳異味，懷疑是摻有廢鋁渣所致，高市府將對同一標展開全線檢測。

高雄市前鎮區光華路、一心路口氣爆災區工地，昨天傳出零星火苗夾雜異味，施工單位今天挖開回填的混凝土，又散發濃濃阿摩尼亞味道，於是再度封路。

由於現場回填土方冒泡且散發濃濃阿摩尼亞味道，高雄市工務局懷疑回填土方品質有問題，要求環保局到場採樣化驗。

高雄市環保局隨後趕到檢測現場氨的濃度達200ppm，研判回填的混凝土遭廢鋁渣污染，要求施工營造商挖除現場約230噸的回填土方追查這批土方來源。

工務局調查，這個標重建工程的混凝土分別從3家不同廠商進料，將全線一一開挖先前回填的混凝土送驗，以確保施工安全。

環保局說，挖開大量冒泡的土壤內散發阿摩尼亞味道，懷疑回填的混凝土混入廢鋁渣；廢鋁渣碰到水會產生氨、氫及微量甲烷。

另外，環保局懷疑，施工營造商進料混凝土可能遭廢鋁渣污染，已派員到大寮區上游業者展開追查。(中央社)
