iphone 5 電池充電量忽高忽低

使用大概一年後，電池開始出現異狀
一下子50%，一下子70%
關掉螢幕再開啟後，電量又會忽高忽低

我查詢過APPLE的電池更換計畫
手機序號不在這次的維修範圍

請問哪裡更換比較有保障?

PS:當時候買是在台哥大
