2）目前提供下載的免安裝版為 Pidgin Portable 2.1.1，內建多國語言介面，且內建 GTK+！Vista 免裝 GTK+ 可以顯示中文，但 XP 不行！

The issue is, I think, that there are unicode characters in the path. The launchers often have issues with multi-byte unicode paths. Try installing it to X:\PortableApps\PidginPortable on any drive (which is the standard for all portable apps). Let me know if it works from there.

目前，免安裝中文版安裝於 USB 可以自動選擇中文，若安裝於電腦則不行！作者表示是他的程式問題，一起期待作者修正這個問題，終於有了頭緒...

免安裝版執行後，於工作管理員會有兩個執行檔，是正常現象，John T. Haller 改造過的免安裝版程式皆是如此。
[2009.12.03] 免安裝版程式放置的路徑不可以包含中文（如：XP桌面 C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\桌面\PidginPortable），否則程式會顯示為英文，很多免安裝程式都有此問題。
