iPhone 6 plus音量鍵異常

我10月初入手iPhone 6 plus,可上星期發現手機側邊的音量按鈕（下）沒反應，按很久又好一下下，可是過10分鐘按又不行，今天怎麼按都沒反應，只能開大聲鍵（上）！請問有人知道是什麼問題嗎（只有下面小聲按鍵）？還是我只能去換整新機？
