男老師勃起頂撞男學生下體　遭判刑1年4個月

台中有位男老師，以免費教英文為由，邀請1名男學生到家中授課，卻對男學生做出不雅動作，甚至還用勃起的下體，頂撞男學生下體，班導師發現後報警，男老師被判刑1年4個月。

據《蘋果日報》報導，男學生表示，一開始到老師家中上課，老師會幫他準備晚餐，過年還給他壓歲錢，1-2周後，老師居然赤裸上身吻他、擁抱他直到背完課文，他為了提升英文能力，所以沒反抗。

沒想到2個月後，老師竟然將手伸進褲子裡撫摸生殖器和睪丸，由於老師說要培養師生關係，2人是好朋友所以沒反抗。

3個月後，老師竟然掏出勃起狀態的下體，頂男學生的下體。男學生表示，事後發現褲子上有黏液，而且有精液的味道，他覺得很噁心。將事情經過寫在周記上，班導師發現後報警。

男老師否認犯案，並稱那是男學生自己的想像，但法官未採信，最高法院依利用機會猥褻罪，判刑1年4個月確定。
