請問付了訂金,沒2-3天業者就已經領牌了,是否能再換車型嗎?

小弟本來訂的車款是FOCUS 4D 1.6 CW,
後來想想,如果我配備都不要,
只要空車大約也可以買到FOCUS 4D 2.0 TDCI,
反正那些電子配備以後自己慢慢補足...或是靠技術補強,也可以~

打給業務請他報價,卻跟我說已經領牌了....
但我只付了訂金1萬而已,剩下的現金餘款都沒付(付現),
所以這樣就不能再改車型了嗎???
還是那是他們的話術?!
