就像你講的,
因為有,
所以青埔是目前最熱門的地段之一
光是用一樣的價錢,在台北根本不可能買到這種地段

買來和家人住的的話,不管是以後開車、搭捷運、搭高鐵、甚至搭飛機都很方便,加上附近有百貨公司和公園,以後一定又會水漲船高了吧!!

如果財力許可,我可能早就下手了吧~
