標題[問題] 會計事務所離職時機？

朋友待事務所已經好幾年，她去年就準備離職了也存了一筆待業基金，原本打算8-10月間離職，因為家裡臨時有事便先將基金一部份挪用，為了存回那筆錢只好先繼續做，但又覺得上半年不能離職，目前計畫多留一年。上半年不能離職真的是事務所的潛規則嗎？就連我自己也是會計事務所剛離職。記得之前面試官也說在忙季離職真的很不道德，所以有的地方是簽約的，並規定上半年不能離職。想請問若是在上半年離職，往後面試相關職務時，對方看到履歷表上的離職期間真的會黑掉嗎？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.142.70.62 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1416545878.A.B7F.html
