薪資、房價落差越來越大....

現在要存頭期款就很難了....

三十幾年前我爸買在板橋...

總價只要一百多萬就有了。

現在頭期款一百多萬都不夠...

重點是三十年前，當時的勞工賺的錢一個月新台幣也是五、六萬

現在薪資不只倒退，房價節節高漲....落差越來越大....

唉......祈禱房價下跌...還不如希望拉高全民所得。
