建案太多了！　淡水破萬戶新案要賣誰？

據《好房網不動產市場週報》統計北台灣建案，新北市淡水區

的供給量最多，共57個銷售中建案，總戶數約13168戶；

其次為新竹竹北，共約71個新建案，7021戶；

第3名桃園縣中壢市，建案達53個，可售戶數5761戶，推案主要集中在高鐵特區一帶。

新北市新莊區以5702戶排名第4，共約49個建案，尤其是頭前、

副都心2大重劃區量體最大；第5名是桃園縣八德市，共50個建案，約5050戶。

淡水就13168戶，竹北有7021戶，中壢5761戶，新莊5702戶，八德5050戶。

這是建商剛蓋好的，去年還沒蓋好的，今年正在蓋的，只會比三、四年前蓋的還多。

投資客手上要賣的，會是建商的兩三倍以上。

整個新北市+桃園市+竹北市，可能有超過二十萬棟的新成屋或即成屋要賣。
