陳為廷選立委陳威仁說初步看合資格

學運大學生陳為廷昨晚宣布將以無黨籍身分，投入苗栗立委補選。內政部長陳威仁今天表示，初步看來陳為廷符合參選資格，他因在學，具緩徵身分，法律沒規定學生不能參選。但從個別狀況看，是否具參選資格，仍須由中選會和當地選舉委員會認定。
