Altis HID燈泡DIY更換

2009年Altis HID燈泡如何DIY更換呢？
小弟今天嘗試拆下燈泡，先將電線接頭拆下，並已成功轉下兩個塑膠蓋，但燈泡還是不知道如何抽出來。
不敢硬抽，怕拉壞，好像也沒辦法轉！？有卡榫嗎？

請問有大大知道如何拆HID燈泡嗎？謝謝
