吃紅麴顧心血管,當心真菌下肚!衛福部食品藥物管理署今公布最新市售食品真菌毒素含量監測結果,下半年共抽驗217件,其中5件的橘黴素和總黃麴毒素超標,不合格率2.3%,其中在台北、上海開店的知名素食餐廳「蓮香齋」,店內販售的紅麴米,橘黴素殘留25ppm(parts per million,百萬分之一濃度)、超標4倍,問題產品均沒入銷毀,蓮香齋的上游廠商東泉生技無法交代紅麴米來源,挨罰3萬元。
