柯文哲介紹北市府首長　過程一波三折

台北市長柯文哲今日下午赴台北市議會，介紹市府一級機關首長，但過程一波三折，柯下午1時50分準備進入議會時，在門口碰到國教盟約30人舉牌抗議，在議會駐警的護衛下，柯才順利進入會場，但原先預定2點開始報告，卻因議員出席未過半，遲遲無法召開，目前柯文哲與各首長在台上枯坐，等待議員進場，但下午2:15議員出席過半，會議已開始。〈陳思豪／台北報導〉
