入出國移民署元月2日改名為移民署

行政院下午公告，自104年1月2日起，現行內政部入出國移民署，變更改名為內政部移民署。由於內政部移民署新組織的改變，因此，依法移民署長得重新任命，現任署長莫天虎、副署長何榮村與張琪均獲得留任。

新組織內政部移民署，增列北、中、南3區服務處，是由原專勤、服務事務大隊所合併，3區服務事務處長均已指派。內政部表示，在法律管轄方面，如入出國移民法、人口販運防制法等7項法律，均納入內政部移民署管轄，行政命令共58項也納入內政部移民署承辦。
