桃園民進黨團矯正署外聲援陳水扁

法務部矯正署今天上午9時起由署長等10人開會審核前總統陳水扁保外就醫案，桃園市議會民進黨團在矯正署大門口聲援。

外界原本預期陳水扁去年底前可獲保外就醫，但台中監獄因公文塞車而延誤，案卷延遲送到矯正署。法務部表示，為審慎及公平，元旦假期結束後，5日再開會審核。包括矯正署長吳憲璋等10人小組今天上午9時將在位於桃園市的矯正署開會審核，預估中午前會有准駁結果。

不過，桃園市議會民進黨團在總召張肇良等率領下，今天上午8時餘聚集在法務部矯正署大門前，聲援陳水扁保外就醫案，他們拉起布條及舉牌，希望讓陳水扁今天能順利保外就醫。
