文林苑爭議　反都更民眾徹夜守候

士林文林苑都更案昨天再爆風波，地主之一的王耀德昨率工人拆除組合屋，都更受害者聯盟成員及王家律師等人，與拆屋工人發生衝突。
 
直到今天凌晨4時許，仍有30多位聲援王家的民眾在現場守候，即便天氣寒冷，民眾仍堅持席地而睡。民眾表示他們不會輕言退卻，若建商前來動工，他們一定會抗爭到底。現場聲援民眾5點多陸續醒來，並在圍籬前以蠟燭排出房子的形狀，以無聲的方式表達他們維護居住正義的主張。（吳國仲／台北報導）
