焦點股～南科減資9成　股價一度跌停

DRAM大廠南科（2408）上周五盤後宣布，將打消90%股本，減資金額達2156億元，創下台股史上最高減資金額，使南科股價今天開盤就跌停至3.72元，但10點之後因買單進場而打開，成交量約1.4萬張，在集中市場量能高達第5位。
 
南科副總李培瑛上周五表示，這次大手筆減資是要打銷累計虧損，公司截至2013年底累積虧損2330.82億元，減資後累積虧損尚有174.33億元，去年底淨值約99億元，減資後每股淨值可大幅提升，加上今年各季獲利，預期至今年年底每股淨值將大幅超過全額交割規定的5元。
 
南科也表示，子公司勝普的8吋晶圓廠將賣給世界先進（5347），交易金額21.8億元，預定7月1日完成交割。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
