標題[問題] 請教z1c通話中異音問題

我的z1c在通話中，有的時候會發出「嘟」的聲音，就有點像插播的聲音，只是像而已，因為每一次都不大一樣，但我看了螢幕其實都沒有插播。不管跟誰通話都會有這個情形，我覺得很困擾，每次聽到我都得看一下是不是真的有插播，搞得我好像神經質一樣。不知道有沒有其他大大有類似的情況。 另外，如果這種情況的確是手機問題，我想要送修的話，應該怎麼講會比較好呢？因為這個異音其實也不是每一通電話都會有，有的時候隔一天才會出現，我很怕的時候送修回來，他跟我說「先生，不好意思我們工程師測不出你說的問題，說是正常喔，麻煩你再使用看看唷啾咪」這類讓我覺得很崩潰的話。像這種類似的情況，總不能消費者就只能摸摸鼻子算了吧？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.45.28
